Whether you are planning an event or running the business behind one, this is how to reach the Papigochi team.
Email reaches the whole support team and gives us the record we need to look into an account, a booking or a payment. Write from the email address on your account and include the booking or vendor name where relevant.

Creating an account, confirming your email address, resetting a password, or changing the language the product speaks to you in. If a confirmation email has not arrived, check your junk folder first, then ask us to resend it.

Start a vendor accountSending a request to a vendor, understanding a proposal, confirming a date, asking to reschedule, or cancelling. Your bookings and their current state are always in your account.
View your bookingsHow deposits and final balances work, what a payment covers, and why a payment may not be available yet for a particular vendor. Card details are handled by Stripe and never by Papigochi.

Go to your vendor areaA listing that looks false, a message that crosses a line, a vendor or customer who did not do what they agreed, or anything that made you feel unsafe. Tell us what happened and include names, dates and screenshots where you can.
Papigochi is not an emergency service and support is not monitored around the clock. If you or anyone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, then tell us so we can act on the account.
